One of the healthiest oils in the market, Pure Pinenut Oil is highly coveted and hard to find. One of the main reasons is that it's full of antioxidants, that highly prized molecules that slow down the aging of cells, but Pinenut Oil is also very flavorful, with a wonderful nuttiness to it. This oil has a low smoked point, so it's not to be used for cooking (plus heat would disrupt those beautiful antioxidants), rather, use it cold, to finish salads and vegetables, or to create sauces, dressings and vinaigrettes (it's incredibly good in pesto).
