Review & Description
You may be surprised to learn that a lot of white balsamic vinegar on grocery store shelves is actually white wine vinegar with a few drops of coloring, or at best, drops of actual balsamic vinegar. There are no standards regarding the use of the term, "White Balsamic" in the U.S., so sellers can do whatever they want. We are proud to present a genuine, 100% authentic white balsamic vinegar from Bisini Gambetti of Modena. It is made from organic Trebbiano grapes, the same grapes used in making traditional balsamic vinegar. The Trebbiano grape is actually a white grape, but acquires a dark color from oxidation in the process of becoming balsamic vinegar. White balsamic is achieved by protecting the acidifying wine from oxygen, and keeping it a low temperature during the process. The result is the most delicious white balsamic you have ever tasted. We guarantee it. 8.8 oz. Read more
